Determination of ionisation potentials of organic semiconductors by photoelectron emission spectrometry. The samples are fabricated by the technique of thermal vacuum deposition onto fluorine-doped tin oxide-coated glass substrates. Determination of reduction and oxidation potentials by cyclic voltammetry (CV), measurements are carried out under an argon atmosphere by a three-electrode assembly cell. Measurements of charge mobility by the methods of time-of-flight (TOF) and charge extraction by linearly increasing voltage (CELIV). Samples for measurements are prepared by vacuum deposition on an ITO-coated substrate and coated with an aluminum layer.
