Bruker Avance III 400 instrument
Description:

Nuclear Magnetic Resonance spectrometer for identification of organic compounds in solutions. The device can analyze pure compounds and multi-component mixtures. The spectrometer can record the magnetic resonance spectra of the 1H, 13C, 15N, 19F, 31P nuclei, and various two-dimensional spectra. The principle of operation is based on different electron shielding of the nuclei. The device has a permanent magnetic field of 9.4 Tesla, a room-uniform shim system for optimum magnetic field uniformity required for 1D, 2D and 3D experiments without sample cell rotation; at least 20 orthogonal gradient controls and 60-position automatic sample changer.
