Comprehensive GC×GC system with time-of-flight mass spectrometer

Pegasus 4D GCxGC-TOFMS system used for determination and identification of volatile aroma compounds in the liquid sample and in the headspace of sample matrix (vapour phase). Qualitative and quantitative chromatographic analysis of chemical composition of the essential oils, volatile extracts, spicy and medicinal herb, and etc.

Complex sample analysis, separation and identification of individual volatile aroma compounds. 

Sample inlet CIS4 system with refrigeration (split/splitless), which could be combined with static headspace gas station,  thermodesorbtion (TDA) and  solid phase microextraction (SPME) stations.     

Gas chromatograph working temperature interval +4 to 450 °C, carrier gas preassure in the range of 0-150 psi (split/splitless injector), Time of flight mas spectrometer (TOF MS) with electron ionization source (EI), mass ranges 5-1000 amu, mass resolution FWHM is higher than 1000, TOF MS is combined with two dimentional gas chromatograph in 1D and 2D mode; TOF MS enables automatic optimization of MS parameters and automatic mass calibrations.
