In response to the priority of the direction of social research analysis - sustainable growth and sustainable socio-cultural environment, it is necessary to analyze the changes in the expression of organization management, highlighting the networking field. The networking acts as the organization's network development on the area in Change management aspects are analyzed and new networking, changing informative, communicative and social processes in the context of their convergence / assimilation was discussed. The aim is to create an original social network to assess the effectiveness of changes in the organization and to construct the logical analysis matrix explaining theoretical insights and verification of the results obtained.
