We provide advanced modelling and calculation services for physical and chemical processes in solids, including diffusion, mass and heat transfer, and the formation and evolution of radiation defects. The services cover modelling of heterogeneous catalysis, interactions of atomic and ionic particles with solids, and deposition processes of thin and composite films and nanostructures from gas phase and plasma. Kinetic and thermodynamic (energetic) parameters are calculated to support process optimisation. Applications include photovoltaic and solar energy devices, hydrogen fuel cells, and advanced energy materials.
