The study examines the adaptation and integration processes of foreign employees within organizations, focusing on the impact of cultural differences, values, work ethics, and attitudes toward organizations on their professional performance and engagement in the workplace. The research aims to identify the key factors that contribute to successful adaptation in a new organizational environment, as well as the most common challenges faced by foreign employees. Based on the findings, recommendations are provided for improving adaptation and integration processes at both organizational and national levels, promoting intercultural collaboration, enhancing employee inclusion, and creating a supportive environment for foreign workers.
